Driving Directions
From Route 2
Take Rte. 32 South (exit 17, Petersham/Athol) about five miles into Petersham center. Pass by the Commons until you come to the junction of Rte. 122. Continue through the blinking traffic light, crossing Rte. 122, onto South Street. Go about one mile and take your first right onto Nichewaug Road. Swift River Farm is the second house on the left, yellow, directly across from Gay Drive.
From the Mass Pike
Take the Ware/Palmer exit and head up Route 32, through Ware and into Hardwick. In Hardwick head north on Rte. 32A, following the east shore of the Quabbin Reservoir. The road ends in Petersham at a blinking red light, at the junction of Rte. 122. Take a right onto 122, and shortly thereafter another right at the blinking yellow light onto South Street. Go about one mile and take your first right onto Nichewaug Road. Swift River Farm is the second house on the left, yellow, directly across from Gay Drive.
From Amherst
Take Route 9 west to Route 202. Head north on Rte. 202 about 10 miles, following the west shore of the Quabbin Reservoir on the right. Go right onto Rte. 122. After almost nine miles, you'll pass through the first blinking yellow light, with Rte. 32A on the right. Continue until the second blinking yellow light, and take a right onto South St. (Going left at this light would take you to Petersham center.) Go about one mile and take your first right onto Nichewaug Road. Swift River Farm is the second house on the left, yellow, directly across from Gay Drive.
